Prof. Dr. Ephrime B. Metillo

Dr. Metillo is a Professor at the Department of Marine Science, College of Science and Mathematics, Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT). He is currently the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Enterprise of MSU-IIT, and held other positions in the past such as Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dean of the College of Science and Mathematics, Director for Research, Zonal Research Center Director of the Commission on Higher Education, and Project Leader of the ASTHRDP of DOST-Science Education Institute. He has been leading and collaborating on national and international research projects (~USD 1,000,000.00) and has more than 90 publications with a Google scholar h-index of 12.

Prof. Dr. Bevo Wahono

University of Jember, Indonesia

Dr. Wahono is an academic and researcher specializing in science education, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Jember, Indonesia. He holds a Ph.D. in Science Education from National Taiwan Normal University, an M.Ed. in Biology Education from Malang State University, and a B.Ed. in Biology Education from the University of Bengkulu, Indonesia. He also has international certifications in qualitative and quantitative research from ESER Academy and is a Microsoft Certified Educator. Currently, he is actively teaching in the pre-service and in-service teacher professional programs, science education masters and doctoral programs, and the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Jember, Indonesia.

Prof. Dr. Ratchaphon Suntivarakorn

Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University Thailand

Dr. Suntivarakorn is an Associate Professor in Engineering at Khon Kaen University, Thailand. He was Vice President of Khon Kaen University for Human Resources Affair and currently the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. He also works as Chair of the Master of Engineering and Doctoral Programs in Innovation Engineering at the university. He has been a trainer for many workshops on HVAC and Energy Management Training, Risk Management and Carbon Footprint, Rail Transport Engineering, Japanese Corporate Management, and so on. He qualified for the TQA Assessor Calibration Course 2023. He got funding and leadership in many projects about engineering such as Technology Development Support for Thai Industry (ITAP), Biodiesel Production Pilot Plant from Used Vegetable Oil, Comprehensive Productivity Improvement, and Farm Engineering and Automation Technology. He got 6 Patents about engineering.

Dr./Prof. BaoHui Zhang

Dr./Prof. BaoHui Zhang was a former Dean and "Qujiang Scholar" professor of the School of Education, Shaanxi Normal University, Xi’an, China. He was the President of the International Council of Associations for Science Education (ICASE) (2020-2023). He has held the positions of Vice President and Academic Advisor for the Learning Sciences Branch of the Chinese Association for Higher Education. He won the Distinguished Contribution Award of the East Asia Association for Science Education (EASE) in 2021. His instruction and research focus on the intersection of educational technology, learning science, science education, and teacher education. He has supervised undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students including international students in relation to educational technology, learning sciences, science education, comparative education, and curriculum and instruction. According to the University Research Achievements Analysis (USAD, CNKI, published in Chinese, 2020), Professor Zhang’s comprehensive index ranks the 3rd among education scholars in China (2006-2019). He has served as the editor-in-chief of Science Education International (SEI, English) and editorial board member of more than a dozen high-level Chinese and English journals. Google Scholar shows that his English journal papers have been cited for 2,555 times with an H-index of 18. He has presented his educational research works with collaborators in 21 countries and regions.
